Chief Master Sgt. Jon Saiers, 319th Air Refueling Wing command chief, watches closely as a softball zeros in on its target, sending the chief into the vat of chilly water. Chief Saiers was one of many chiefs, as well as the wing commander and wing vice commander, that offered to take the plunge.
