Don Shaffer, 319th Air Refueling Wing commander, and Carol Muir, 319th Force Support Squadron fitness center director, cut a ribbon symbolizing the opening of the newly renovated field house while others look on July 19 at the Grand Forks Air Force Base Fitness Center.
