OSS Change of Command

Lt. Col. Bradley Baugh, commander of the 319th Operation Support Squadron, receives the guidon from Col. Timothy Bush, commander of the 319th Air Base Wing during the 319th OSS Change of Command on Grand Forks Air Force Base Aug. 19. Colonel Baugh formerly served as the 319th Air Base Wing chief of safety and now takes over the responsibility and privilege of leading 137 Airmen providing support through Air Traffic Control, Radar Control, Base Operations, Life Support, Tower Operations and Airfield Management. The Change of Command is a time-honored tradition in the military which visibly assures continuity of command. This is represented by the unit flag being passed from the present commander to the future commander. (U.S Air Force photo by Senior Airman Amanda N. Stencil)
