Discipline Corner: April 2014 Published May 7, 2014 By 319th Air Base Wing Legal Office GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- The following members of the 319 ABW were punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) in April 2014: Nonjudicial Punishment Actions An airman 1st class from the 319th Security Forces Squadron received an Article 15 for failure to go. The 319th SFS commander imposed the following punishment: reduction to Airman, suspended forfeiture of $858 pay, and a reprimand. An airman from the 319th Civil Engineer Squadron received an Article 15 vacation action for destruction of military property over $500 and dereliction of duty. The 319th CES commander imposed the following punishment: reduction to the grade of airman basic. A senior airman from the 319th Communications Squadron received an Article 15 vacation action for AWOL. The 319th CS commander imposed the following punishment: reduction to the grade of airman 1st class.
