Public Affairs Services

The 319th RW Public Affairs Office is excited to announce the launch of the new Public Affairs Productivity Portal (P3). This portal will serve as the centralized hub for submitting all requests for public affairs support. 

 To receive public affairs support, members will need to access P3 and submit a request using the following steps: 

  1. Visit the customer portal: https://safpa.appianportalsgov.com/request/page/request
  2. Click the Public Affairs photo hyperlink on the far left or select "New Request" from the Public Affairs dropdown menu in the top banner.
  3. Follow the step-by-step prompts to complete and submit your request. You will be prompted to enter your email address and create an account. please make sure you enter your email in all lowercase.

Official Portraits are limited to:

  • Biographies for individuals mandated to have one per AFI
  • Numbered AF, MAJCOM, AF and DoD-level awards/packages
  • Special Duty Packages
  • Quarterly/annual award winners (group -level and above)
  • Leadership at the squadron level and above (commander, senior enlisted leader and first sergeant

Passport photos are offered for:

  • Official Passports - A copy of Official Orders or Assignment RIP must be presented at the time of the appointment.
  • Citizenship Applications
  • ISOPREP

Passport photo services are not available for tourist (blue) passports.

Request a Base Tour

Base tours are offered on an as-available basis Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Due to weather & safety concerns, there will be no tours during the off-season months: November – February. Groups must be at a minimum ten (10) people with a maximum of forty (40).

Submit your tour request through the Public Affairs Productivity Portal (P3): https://safpa.appianportalsgov.com/request/page/request

Tour Requests must be submitted to the Public Affairs office at least one (1) month prior to the primary tour date.

While we appreciate the support and interest in our base, due to mission requirements we are not able to fulfill all tour requests.  In such instances, a static display airpark is open to the public outside of the main gate. 

Request a Speaker

To request a military speaker for your event please use the contact form and provide the following information:

1. Event name
2. Event purpose (dinner, reception, conference, ect.) *We cannot support fundraisers of any kind.
3. Event start/end time
4. Event location/address
5. Event website (if applicable)
6. Event attire (casual, formal, black tie, ect.)
7. Estimated audience size
8. Requested speech length (10 min, 15 min, ect.)
9. If media will be present, and if so what outlet(s)
10. If the event will be recorded
11. If the event will be livestreamed and to what platform
