The 319th Contracting Squadron provides comprehensive acquisition support, procurement planning, and business acumen to 2,260 base personnel supporting the 319th Reconnaissance Wing.  The Construction Flight (PKA) enables Grand Forks AFB and Cavalier Space Force Station by issuing contracts for the construction, alteration, and repair of more than 466 buildings, structures and other real property valued at $1.9 billion.  The Services & Commodities Flight (PKB) oversees a $75 million portfolio, consisting of tools, equipment, and amenities vital to each unit’s mission success.  Finally, the Plans and Programs Flight (PKP) is the focal point for the Quality Assurance and Government Purchase Card Programs, ensuring high-level performance of over 50 contractors and the successful expenditure of $9 million in annual purchases.
