The primary objective of the Equal Opportunity (EO) program is to improve mission effectiveness by promoting an environment free from personal, social, or institutional barriers that prevent Air Force members from rising to the highest level of responsibility possible based on their individual merit, fitness, and capability.  Air Force policy is to conduct its affairs free from unlawful discrimination and sexual harassment.  The EO program seeks to eliminate unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment and harassment (to include bullying and hazing) against military members, family members, retirees and DoD civilians based on the following categories:

Utilizing the chain of command in support of early resolution for any human relations issue is always a viable option when seeking resolution at the lowest level possible, but the Grand Forks AFB EO office is always available to assist if needed.  Remember, we are a first resource and not a last resort.
