Congressman Kelly Armstrong learns more about the assembly of an RQ-4 Global Hawk aircraft, to include its Rolls Royce engine, February 21, 2019, on Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. Armstrong’s visit to Grand Forks AFB also included a trip to the 319th Communications Squadron’s High Frequency Global Communication System and the 348th Reconnaissance Squadron’s Global Hawk Operations Center, both of which are year-round 24-hour missions.
