Our Sisters-in-Arms Women's History Month poster

As a senior airman deployed to Iraq, Staff Sgt. Luis Loza Gutirrez used photos of Army Capt. Hwa Jin Hurt; Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Joann Gonzalez; Air Force Master Sgt. Kristy Sears; and Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer Lattia Nation Victory Times to pay tribute to all U.S. servicewomen by redesigning a World War II era poster. The new design was created for Women History Month, March 2010. It provided a more culturally diverse representation of the women who serve in the U.S. military today.
